MORE THAN WORDS

Jon was born in Edinburgh, Scotland of Hungarian Mother and Scottish Father.
Studied Classical Piano from an early age and as a musician enjoys playing all styles of music.
Jon also loves the music recording process and spent many years as a recording engineer/producer working with most of Scotlands well known/unknown artistes at his own recording studio in Edinburgh. Jon is in complete awe of the Great Masters, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky. Mozart etc. and refers to them as the Daddy and founders of popular music as we know it today.

The album "More than words" was originally composed and recorded during the 90's as simple piano pieces. 25 years later during the lockdown periods of Covid-19 Jon decided to look back at them and experiment with orchestration. Not an easy task as the piano pieces were initially recorded in free time. It was a labour of love but worth it. You can hear excerpts from all the tracks below.
